Description

A great exercise for the Latissimus Dorsi

Preparation

  • Grasp the overhead bar with a wide overhand grip
  • Step up onto the lever or platform
  • Allow the body to drop until a mild stretch is felt down the sides

Action

  • Keeping the elbows in line with the shoulders pull the body up
  • Pull the body up until the shoulders are the same height as the hands

Return

  • Allow the body to drop to the starting position
  • A mild stretch may be felt down the sides
