Description

Preparation

  • Grab a pair of stirrups
  • Sit on a bench with a fairly upright back
  • Your feet should be flat on the floor
  • Sit nice and tall
  • Your elbows should be inline and below your shoulders

Action

  • Using your Abs to hold your back firm press the stirrups outwards
  • Your elbows should be lower than your shoulders and wrists

Return

  • Return the weights smoothly to the start position
