Description

Preparation

  • Stand side on to an elbow height pulley
  • Grasp a stirrup with hand furthest from machine
  • Your elbows should be at you side
  • Your hand should be resting on your abs
  • Your elbow should be bent to 90°

Action

  • Keeping your back fixed and your elbow close to your sides externally rotate your shoulder

Return

  • Return the hand to the starting position
