Description

Preparation

  • Stand facing a low pulley machine
  • Attach the cable to a belt
  • Lean forward and place both hands on the machine for stability
  • Place one leg forward and one leg backwards

Action

  • Lower yourself, keeping your back straight
  • Bend your hip, knee and ankle
  • Stop when your rear knee almost touches the floor

  • Return to the starting position
