Description

Preparation

  • Attach two ankle stirrups to a low pulley machine
  • Place a flat bench length ways approx. 1m out and from machine
  • Lay face down (prone) on the bench with knees just hanging over end
  • Grip the bench for support

Action

  • Flex the knees bringing heels towards buttocks
  • Keep the torso firmly on the bench

Return

  • Allow the weights to pull the stirrups back to the starting position
