Cable Reverse Preacher Curl

Description

Preparation

  • Attach a flat bar to a low pulley machine
  • Sit at a preacher curl bench facing the machine
  • With palms facing down armpits should be touching top of pad
  • Grasp the bar with an overhand shoulder width grip

Action

  • Keeping the elbows on the pad, curl the bar up
  • Stop when the forearms are vertical

Return

  • Lower the bar until the elbow is fully extended
