  • Lie on an inclined bench facing away from machine
  • Arms should be either straight or nearly straight
  • Shoulders should be back

Action

  • Keeping back on back rest raise shoulders as far forward as possible
  • Do not flex the elbows

  • Return shoulders to starting position
