Description

Preparation

  • Grasp a pair of dumbbells
  • Lie on a declined bench
  • Lift the dumbbells so they are above the lower chest
  • The elbows should be slightly bent
  • The elbows should be pointing out to the sides

Action

  • Keeping the elbows fixed
  • Lower the dumbbells until the chest muscles are stretched

Return

  • Smoothly raise the dumbbells, without jerking to their start position
