Dumbbell Lying Bench Fly

Description

Preparation

  • Grasp a pair of dumbbells
  • Lie on a flat bench
  • Raise the Dumbbells so they are above the lower chest
  • Your elbows should be pointed out the the side
  • Your elbows should be slightly flexed

Action

  • Keeping the elbows fixed, lower the dumbbells until the chest muscles are stretched

Return

  • Raised the dumbbells back to the starting position
