Dumbbell Preacher Reverse Curl

Description

Preparation

  • Sit at a preacher curl bench
  • With palms facing down armpits should be touching top of pad
  • Grasp the dumbbell with an overhand shoulder width grip
  • The upper arm should be perpendicular to top of pad

Action

  • Keeping the elbow on the pad, curl the dumbbell up
  • Stop when the forearm is vertical

Return

  • Lower the dumbbell until the elbow is fully extended
