Dumbbell Triceps Pullover

Description

Preparation

  • Lie face up (supine) on a flat bench
  • the top of your head should slightly overhang the end of the bench
  • Grasp a pair of dumbbells and lift them up over chest
  • The arms should be extended and perpendicular to the bench
  • Place the feet on the bench

Action

  • Keeping the upper arms fixed, lower the dumbbells by flexing the elbows
  • Lower the dumbbells either side of the head
  • Do not allow the elbows to move back or forwards
  • The upper arms should point straight up

Return

  • Lift the dumbbells back to the starting position
