Dumbbell Upright Row

Description

Preparation

  • Grasp a pair of dumbbells and allow them to rest on fronts of thighs
  • Start with straight arms, palms facing thighs

Action

  • Flexing at the elbows,lift the dumbbells up to neck height
  • Keep dumbbells close to torso and elbows pointing out to sides
  • Thw wrists should flex (abduct) as dumbbells rise

Return

  • Lower the dumbbells back to thighs
