Description

Preparation

  • Sit on the machine with the forefeet on the bar
  • Lower the thigh pad firmly down onto legs
  • Allow the weights to push the heels down
  • A mild stretch may be felt in the calfs

Action

  • Push the thighs up against the pads
  • Extend the ankle and lift the heel as high as possible

Return

  • Allow the weights to push heels back to starting position
  • A mild stretch may be felt in the calves
