Seated Hip Adductor

Description

Preparation

  • Set the leg levers so that you feel a slight stretch down the inside of your thighs
  • Swivel the thigh pads around to the inside of thighs
  • Grasp the handles with both hands, this helps with correct posture

Action

  • Keep you back straight and smoothly pull legs together
  • Do not swing the weight up with momentum

Return

  • Smoothly release tension against pads
  • A mild stretch may be felt along the insides of thighs
