Description

Preparation

  • Adjust seat back position so that knee joint is in line with lever fulcrum
  • Sit with back tight to back rest
  • The shin pad should be adjusted to sit comfortably on lower shin
  • Grasp handles and pull upper-body down onto seat. – this helps maintain posture

Action

  • Lift lever arm up until legs are straight
