Description

Preparation

  • Lie face up on a flat bench
  • The bar should be above the lower chest
  • Your feet should be flat on the floor
  • Grasp the bar with an overhand grip shoulder width apart

Action

  • Smoothly lower bar to your middle chest
  • Keep your wrists straight and elbows close to your sides

Return

  • Press the bar back up until arms are fully extended
