Origin :

 

    • Long head: Infraglenoid tubercle of scapula.

 

 

Insertion :

 

    • Proximal end of olecranon process of ulna and fascia of forearm.

 

 

Innervation :

 

    • Radial nerve (C6, C7 and C8).

 

 

Arterial Supply :

 

    • Branches of deep brachial artery.

 

 

Depth :

 

    • Superficial
